Vincent

Web & Android Developer

Personal Details

Full Name: Vincent Asante Hokie
Nationality: Ugandan
Date of Birth: 12th October '94
Gender: Male

M.E.

I'm a self-learning, self-driven and self-disciplined developer looking for a challenge and an all-round learning experience.

I am born and raised in Nairobi for the first 13 years of my life, having attended both the Kenyan and British School Curriculums for 6 and 4 years respectively. Moved to Uganda and attended their local curriculum for the next 5 years. THEN came my code fixation. I spent a year self-learning, shadowing a developer and going to an institution in Narobi learning different platforms, which came with its fair share of frustration, but a bigger share of learning. This really really helped me through my Computer Science Degree at the International University of East Africa where I finished in May 2017 with a decent final overall grade. I have a new fascination with computer security, pentesting and hacking (ethically obviously :) ), so that's the direction this resume will go in with time. Also, I'm a HUGE soccer fan! If you need more info ofcourse, don't hesitate to get in touch with what you'd like to know. Below is a bit more detailed information about me.

Portfolio

Here's some of the things I've built(that are available online) and some sample screenshots and descriptions when you click a picture. The extent of my participation is in the experience section below these.

If you see some screenshots here that you don't see live, that's probably because it's an administrator interface and it wouldn't be very ethical to make that public.
I'd be happy to show you in person though.
